After reading the article I was a little bit excited but also a little concerned, all my life (the past four years that I've worked out on a daily basis) I have always done my cardio work first and then my weights. I will also be trying to fit in some kind of weight lifting in before I get on the bike. My thought is to do my usual twenty minutes of stretching, then do some step ups or squats. Honestly I'm lost on what to do, I will be reaching out to some trainers that I know and hopefully I will have a new workout routine in the coming days.
