The week ahead will be very interesting as I head to Boston for work. After a weekend of moving it will be another tough few days adjusting to a new work schedule and being at a desk all day. Living in a hotel and not having a home cooked meal each day will be interesting. Not having to be to work until 10 each morning will allow me to go for a run each morning. That will keep my body "normal" and my blood sugars in range which is the ultimate goal.
A special thank you to each and every person that made my birthday so special. Although this was my 34th birthday this is the one that meant the most. I don't know how many more I have, after years of abuse to my body I always question how long I have left. After a tough stretch it is nice to have so many family members and true friends to be their to support me. A special thank you is in order for the members of the best cycling team in the world, getting a birthday wish from each one means a lot.
