I will have my camelback, GU, running fanny pack, and Cliff Bars with me for my run. I'm feeling good but a day of lower than normal blood sugars has me bringing more food than I may need. I have been hitting the weight room and changing up my training which is the reason for my lower than average blood sugars. I believe a temp basal will be needed for my run, I will have my CGM and feeling strong. I'm excited to get on the trails and train.
With this weekends run being cancelled it got me to looking for more races. Below are two races that I will be competing in this fall. If you are planning on running any of the races please let me know, I'd love to meet up.
