The other problem that I have had the past two days is low blood sugars between 3pm and 5pm. The thing that has me most upset is that I had to cancel my workout for this afternoon due to a low blood sugar. I had an hour window to get in a run and with a blood sugar of 59 at 4pm I would be unable to run. Yesterday I was able to have a quick snack and then head out to a local hill and do a few hill repeats with no problems.
I knew that I would have some changes to make moving forward, I didn't expect to make changes so that I could workout after work however. It may be weird but it is bothering me that I was unable to workout, as always I will learn from this and make sure I make some changes to my basal rates before Monday morning.
