With a Gatorade and granola bar in hand I rushed to the store, I wanted to get what I needed and head home before feeling low. As I parked I started to feel my low, I drank some Gatorade and ate the granola bar. Being low and hungry is a horrible combination, I wanted to try and find something healthy but easy to prepare. Seeing double stuff Oreos on sale was tempting, seeing a slice of pizza was even more appealing. I was able to pass both with no problem, leaving the store brought the biggest challenge. The Burger King across the street smelled and looked amazing!! I instantly got a craving for a nice greasy burger and fries!! I then yelled at myself, "Really, Burger King??? You want to throw away a weeks worth of workouts??" I'm mean when I talk to myself. I decided to head to Subway and grab a turkey and ham grinder, I'm weird and only got cheese, spinach and black pepper on it. It may not have been the healthiest decision but it helped fix a low a was a much better option than Burger King.

It is very tough to avoid temptations, I don't agree with driving yourself crazy and eating healthy every meal. I do treat myself to bad food once a week, ice cream or french fries are usually the winners. I just did not want to waste my bad meal after working out.
