The past two days have brought a number of lows, the worst part is that the amount of physical labor at work hasn't been to high. The oddest part has been not taking any insulin to cover my food at break and only taking one unit to cover my lunch. I will be making small tweaks to my basal rates this evening to hopefully fix my low blood sugars.
To make things tougher I have very little running or cycling planned this week to rest up for the race. With the race starting at 6pm it will make the race that much tougher, I will usually have my dinner around 6pm. I will have to find a light meal to have around 4pm and make sure that I have plenty of GU and glucose tablets to help during the race. Tomorrow will be a tiny test, with a 5k at 6pm I will have a small idea of how my body and insulin rates will work while running.
