All morning I was in an odd haze, I was dizzy a lot and had no motivation. Around 9am I had a blood sugar of 67, I would have my usual break but the dizzy feeling would continue. Finally around lunchtime I decided to call it a day. I would have a small lunch but take no insulin. I would spend the rest of the afternoon in bed sleeping. Around dinner I finally woke up and still felt like crap, another small meal and back to bed I went.
This morning I woke up and luckily felt a lot better. I have no idea what was wrong yesterday but I'm glad that it is over. I have a 5k Saturday and the Boldrdash on Sunday, I need to be at my best for both events this weekend.
