Today however my blood sugar wouldn't move much at all, I began to think to think it might be because I changed my pump location. My exercise today would be a 2.5 mile run to the in laws house just before lunch. I was shocked that my blood sugar had not moved when I ate a few peanut butter crackers before heading out for my run. I felt like the diabetic superman, I could eat and not have my blood sugar move, I'm sure my kryptonite would be regular soda however. My run went well, a little soreness but again my blood sugar didn't move.
I'm not sure why my blood sugars have been so good but I believe it is due to the return to daily exercise. I love to go to the gym and workout but it is tough when it is so cold out, knowing that the exercise helps my blood sugar so much will make it a little bit easier to brave elements and complete some kind of exercise.
