Odd Days

As I have said before, I'm a very odd person. This morning while I was on the bike I went by the local farm and was very excited to see all of the cows lined up along a rock wall that is close to the road. I love seeing cows when I ride, I will say hi to them and I love to see them look up and stare at me. Today was no different, as I got close to the cows, I said "hey guys, beautiful day huh" what I did not see was a car parked in the side of the road and a middle aged couple walking towards the cows. As I rode by the laughing couple they asked if they could pet the cows, I said sure they're good cows.

Odd moment number two, when I do our weekly food shopping I tend to block out my surroundings, I get what I need and get back home. After a quick stop in the vitamin isle, I headed to checkout line. I looked down in to my wagon and realized that I somehow had grabbed someone elses wagon. I explained the situation to the laughing cashier and then went back to find my groceries. Five minutes later I find an older couple upset and bad mouthing someone, I thought great they have my stuff. Laughing I apologized for the mistake and decided to have a little fun with the couple. When asked what I had done with their groceries I explained that I had put them all back and began my shopping over. The look they gave me made my day, I then informed them their groceries were at the register and in good condition. I think I will pay a little more attention while shopping, but I may hide people's carts now and then just for a good laugh.

When my blood sugars are good all day these are the blogs that I write. Tomorrow is a crazy work day so I can promise tomorrows blog will be very much focused on diabetes.
