New Challenges

For the past two years I have been trying to complete the pyramid to the left.  I started using the pyramid just after my surgery as a way to always push and challenge myself.  Earlier today I finally made it to the 48 hour mark of keeping my blood sugar below 136, I was very happy but at the same time I'm a little nervous.  What do I do now to challenge myself.  Luckily I was able to find plenty, I have a feeling this pyramid may be the toughest of all.

When i first made the pyramid after my surgery I kind of thought it was dumb and useless.  As time has gone on it is amazing how much it has helped me and others.  People look at the pyramid and what to make their own, I say go ahead and challenge yourself.  My goals are a lot different then anyone else, that is what makes the pyramid so great.  It doesn't matter if your newly diagnosed, or someone that has had diabetes for 50 years, no matter who you I'm positive you can find ten things in your life that you want to improve.  I have found the only way I get things done is when I'm told that I can't or challenge myself.  I look forward to hearing from others about the pyramid that they have made.

"If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges."

Wow! I love this idea!

And look at you go - you've knocked out almost all of the goals you set! Congratulations man!

Thanks for sharing!
