It may sound simple but to stay in range while moving testing my blood sugar more often is the key. If I know what my blood sugar is I can perform to the best of my ability. Also having numerous tubes of glucose tabs will be important, if a blood sugar is below my set range the healthiest and quickest fix will be the glucose tabs. I will also have a bottle of juice with me and taking occasional sips as we bring all of the furniture up three flights of stairs.
It might be odd but I will be treating the weekend like a major race. Staying in range is most important. Looking forward to the move and a new home. With so much going on this weekend I will do my best to write and share any tips on moving with diabetes!!
