That last sentence may also be the cause of some of the sickness for the past week. I expect a lot out of myself and push myself to far sometimes. I look at my training and I think I can do more, others see a training plan that is crazy. The same goes for my diet, I know what works and what foods I need to put in my body to be healthy and at a good weight. The problem is that I'm burning more calories than I'm putting in, I don't know the specifics but I would say I'm burning 2,000 calories between work and training. I would say I'm only putting in 2,200 calories when I should be around 4,000. The problem is, where do I find 4,000 healthy calories? I don't know that answer and I refuse to find empty calories at a fast food restaurant. I need to eat more it is that simple, I am on the look out for a sports nutritionist because I need to get this problem fixed before getting into my intense ultra marathon training.
My hope is to get back to working out on Monday. I miss it, I'm tired of being inside and not being active. I'm just happy that everything has come back normal. Again I would like to thank everyone for their kind words and making sure that I'm doing well, it means a lot!!
