With an 8 mile run to work planned for tomorrow morning I need to have that perfect 150 blood sugar at 445am, as I write I feel very confident that it will happen. I will put it this way I'm more worried about my it band than my blood sugars. My leg has felt amazing the past two weeks since I received a cortisone shot but I'm still a little nervous. I have been stretching the it band more which has helped tremendously. The biggest thing will be the first mile tomorrow. If I feel good I will be able to relax and enjoy my run.
The key is to build confidence from the positive, a good blood sugar is the key. My route to work for my run is below. I'm not to worried about time I just want to get back to running and enjoying the views that a 5am run bring!!
