This morning my breakfast consisted of the three eggs scrambled, an organic gluten free blueberry waffle, a veggie sausage patty and a small glass of almond milk. My blood sugar was 93 when I awoke and I enjoyed the news and the time with my wife. My diet has changed dramatically the past couple years, I can't believe how much energy I now have because I'm eating healthy foods. I feel better all day and have lost over fifty pounds. Eating healthy is not always fun but when you think about the advantages you will trade the hamburger and a beer for a salad and water any day of the week. Below are two shopping lists the first is my list from a few years ago when I didn't take care of myself. The second is my shopping list today.

2012 Shopping List
Apples, Bananas, Blueberries, Spinach, Mushrooms, Lil pups (Soy dogs), Fiber One 9 grain bread, Organic Almond Butter, Apple Juice, Orange Juice, Unsweetened Almond Milk, Fiber One Raisin Bran, Coconut Water, Millet, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Fig Newtons, Fiber One Granola Bars, Gluten Free Waffles, Greek Yogurt, Almonds, Chicken, Organic Frozen Vegetables, Peanut Butter Crackers, and my "treat" a 100 calorie skinny cow cup of ice cream.
