The last race that I ran was a five mile race in Westery back in May, at that time I was a different runner and was to worried about time. In two months of training I have lost a lot of weight and have found the passion that has been missing for a long time. A lightness I have never felt coupled with my racing passion have me believing that I can run very very well tomorrow.
I want to run a PR but with rain in the forecast I'm not sure if that is possible. If it is than I will be happy but if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen and that's ok. I'm just happy to race and happy for blood sugars that will be in range all day and while I'm racing. At the end of the day that is very important and much more important than any race time I can deliver.
