With almost twelve hours until my ride I have no clue what I want to do. All that I know is that my blood sugar needs to be in range and that I have all my gear ready to go tomorrow. Post ride is when the fun will begin, after a nice recovery meal it's off to work. I have yet to really train hard before work but tomorrow is that day. My hope is to keep my blood sugar in range but that is a lot easier said then done. I will have my meter and food with me while at work just in case I feel that my blood sugar has gone outside of my set range.
Below is a little motivational video that I have been watching to prepare for the ride. I'm excited to get in my Team Novo Nordisk kit and get on the bike and ride. As with any ride or run I will have a little bit of anger while training, if I don't push myself while training how could I ever be ready to compete on race day!!
